1. What to Pack (and What We Provide)

  • What to Bring: We provide dry food and treats at no extra cost, but you are always welcome to pack your kitty’s favorite meals from home if they have a preferred diet or a sensitive tummy! We also highly encourage bringing any cozy comfort items that smell like home—favorite blankets or toys are always welcome to help them settle right in. Please also bring any required medications in their original veterinary containers.

  • What We Provide (At No Extra Cost): A cozy house for your cat to sleep, food and water bowls, litterbox and litter. Feel free to bring your cat’s preferred food, but we can also provide them with dry food at no cost.

2. Health & Vaccination Requirements

  • Required Vaccines: For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Distemper) vaccinations from your veterinarian prior to check-in. Cats that spend time outdoors or with other cats are also required to have a current FeLV (Feline Leukemia) vaccine.

  • Fleas & Parasites: Cats that spend time outdoors or with other cats must be on a veterinary-approved flea preventative. If fleas are detected on a guest during check-in or during their stay, a safe flea treatment will be administered immediately at the owner’s expense.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Lobby Hours: All standard check-ins and check-outs must occur during our posted weekday and Saturday morning business hours.
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) daily. To allow our team ample time to meticulously deep-clean and sanitize suites for incoming guests, departures after 12:00 PM will incur a late check-out fee equivalent to your stay’s nightly rate.

4. Weekend Care & After-Hours Pickups

  • Our Weekend Devotion: Our lobby is closed for public transactions on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, but our care never stops. Our team is on-site every Saturday evening and twice on Sundays for essential feedings, fresh water, litter maintenance, and medical management.

  • After-Hours Pickups: Pickups outside of regular business hours (such as Sunday evenings) are strictly by prior management approval, must be arranged in advance, and will incur a late check-out fee equivalent to your stay’s nightly rate, plus a $50.00 after-hours fee.

  • We accept cash or card! Credit card transactions will incur a 2.95% service fee.
