While our lobby is closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, we are in the facility every Saturday evening and twice on Sundays to ensure all guests receive their essential feedings, fresh water, litter box refreshing, medical management, and plenty of love. Your kitty’s care and comfort never take a day off!

To allow our staff ample time to care for guests on weekends and holidays, all check-ins and check-outs must occur during our standard weekday and Saturday morning business hours. Pickups outside of our regular business hours or on holidays are strictly by prior appointment only, must be approved by management, and will incur a late checkout fee equivalent to your stay’s nightly rate, plus a $50.00 After-Hours Fee.
